Susan leads all commercial efforts including sales, business development, and marketing. Before joining the Vertical Team, Susan served as the Director of Operations for Union Pacific’s Cold Connect program, managing the national multi-modal, door-to-door logistics of perishable food and beverage shipments. At Union Pacific, she held various roles in sales, logistics, and operations. Susan is a fluent Spanish speaker who has consulted for one of North America’s largest shortline railroads.
