Jacob is the General Manager of our Marshville (Charlotte) cold storage facility. He began 15 years ago and has held multiple roles, including Lead Warehouseman, Office Manager, and Operations Manager. Along the way, he led several warehouse management system (WMS) go-lives and supported successful go-lives at other facilities. Jacob brings deep expertise in inventory management, temperature reduction, international shipping, and building strong teams that embrace complexity.
