Derek is the General Manager of our Indianapolis facility and leads the team in operations, customer service, and labor management. He has 12 years’ experience in the cold storage industry. He started as a warehouseman and earned various leadership positions at Interstate Warehousing and MWCold. Derek excels in creating a positive workplace culture, where team members feel valued and respected.
