Inventory History / Transactions

Getting Started:

  1. Unless your company has product in multiple warehouses the company (warehouse) will be pre-populated.
  2. Unless your company has multiple accounts the customer code should be pre-populated with customer code. Otherwise choosing the 3 dots next to the fields will provide a pick list.
  3. Inventory History can be done for a certain MATERIAL CODE (ITEM), Level 2 (Generally a Date), Level 3 (Lot / PO# / Customer Number), or Level 4 which is always a PALLET ID.
  4. Select Summarization. This is how the quantities will be summed, by ITEM (Material Code), Lot Number, Pallet ID. Views / Options maybe different as they are configured for each customers needs.
  5. Option to find opening, closing, current balances for what inventory is being researched.
  6. Optional to search in a date range

NOTE: If running the report for multiple item codes with the OPENING BALANCE OPTION selected this report may take an extension amount of time to run.

Inventory Search Results Provide Inventory Details as well as:

  • QTY ON HAND
  • QTY AVAILABLE
  • RECEIVED DATE
  • EXPIRATION DATE. This is the date product is rotated /allocated by. NOTE this maybe a manufacture date or some other date; best buy, use by, etc. This will vary by customer & material code.
  • Next Pallet Renewal Date.

PRINT / EMAIL Report:

Report can be generated into an HTML or EXCEL CSV document of which can then be emailed or printed. Start with clicking on the PRINTER ICON in the upper right hand corner above the RESULT PAGES.
